We reserve the right to decline service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. All eligibility decisions are made by our registered pharmacist or supervising clinician in accordance with clinical guidelines.
All prescription medications supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Leyburn require prior clinical assessment and pharmacist approval. Submitting a consultation form does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during your consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in treatment being withdrawn and could pose a serious risk to your health. Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or controlled medications where required. Please contact us promptly if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with UK pharmaceutical law.
Refunds for non-prescription items or approved services not yet fulfilled will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a prescription is declined by our pharmacist, a full refund of the medication cost will be issued. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical review has been completed.
The information provided through our service is for clinical support purposes only and does not replace the advice of your GP or specialist. We strongly recommend that you inform your regular GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications may carry risks and side effects. You must read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication and contact us or seek emergency medical attention immediately if you experience adverse effects.
We are not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided during consultation, failure to follow prescribed guidance, or use of our services contrary to these terms.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the provision of our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for clinical safety purposes. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
